My computer keyboard is temporally bugging?

The only way that I could fix this problem was to login to my computer, but the problem is I can't type my login password due to the Dell Keyboard. It doesn't which keyboard I used..,because Dell Keyboard still doesn't work.



How I used to fix it, 1st: it never happened to me that keyboard doesn't work when I have to put in my password.

The problem will always happen when I used the Internet, so what I usually do in that case, is to click on game icons that my cousin usually plays, leave it up 20-30seconds and the Dell Keyboard will work. I would greatly appreciate some help!!!!
